Stephanie Dalton
Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, Zumba teacher

Stephanie has a background in dance and a variety of physical fitness modes and began training in Pilates after the birth of her first child in 2002. A Stott-certified Pilates instructor, Stephanie also has a BS degree in psychology with an emphasis on health and nutrition and weekly works for a non-profit which focuses on teens. Stephanie makes sure students have a strong foundation in Pilates fundamentals, so that balance and wellbeing are at the core of every student's practice. Stephanie loves teaching people about movement. She delights in helping students find a new connection with their bodies while building strength and improving stamina and posture. Her tremendous enthusiasm and kinetic teaching style give her classes plenty of joy and energy, which translates into lasting results.
